Organisations rarely lack software. What they often lack is a practical way to make the systems they already own work together. Customer records sit in a CRM, payments sit in a billing platform, learning data sits in an LMS, and someone still copies information between them by hand.

No-code and low-code integration closes those gaps without turning every connection into a full software project. Rather than commissioning new applications, we connect the tools you already use and automate the steps in between.

We help organisations connect critical business systems and automate workflows without extensive custom programming. Our expertise in No-Code and Low-Code platforms means rapid, scalable and cost-effective integrations that reduce development time and increase operational efficiency. We have used these platforms to [[NEED: brief example of an automation delivered, e.g. sector + systems connected]].

What we automate

Rapid workflow automation. Using orchestration tools such as n8n, Zapier and Make (formerly Integromat), we build complex automations in a fraction of the time traditional development would take. Typical work includes syncing contacts and customers between a CRM and a marketing tool, routing leads to the right team, generating documents from form submissions, sending notifications when a record changes, and copying invoice or order data into accounting software.

E-learning and LMS integrations. These tools are especially effective for e-learning, where data normally has to move between several systems. We build integrations that sync users and cohorts from a CRM into the learning platform, enrol learners automatically once a payment is confirmed, and push quiz and completion results into reporting dashboards. We also connect WordPress forms and membership sites to an LMS or CRM, so a single signup triggers the right access and follow-up on its own — see our WordPress integration service for that side of the work.

Ongoing operations. Beyond one-off connections, we automate recurring internal processes: scheduled reports, data clean-ups, reminders and approval flows that would otherwise depend on someone remembering to run them.

When no-code is the right choice

No-code and low-code are usually the right fit when:

  1. You are connecting existing systems rather than building a new application.
  2. The platforms involved expose standard APIs, webhooks or built-in connectors.
  3. Volumes and logic are moderate — routine data movement, notifications, straightforward conditions.
  4. You need the integration working quickly and want to adjust it as requirements change.
  5. The people who own the process want to understand and maintain the automation themselves.

Custom development remains the better choice when the logic is genuinely complex, when performance or transaction volume is critical, or when the integration is part of your core product rather than an internal process. In those cases a purpose-built service is more reliable and easier to test than a large visual workflow. Our software development service covers that path, and we will say clearly when it is the better option.

Frequently asked questions

Should we choose no-code or custom development?

Choose no-code when the goal is to connect existing systems and automate routine workflows: it is faster to deliver, cheaper to change and easier to maintain. Choose custom development when the requirements are complex, performance-critical or central to your product. Many projects combine the two, using automations for integration and custom code for the parts that need it. If you are unsure, we review the requirements and recommend a direction before any work starts.

Which platforms do you use?

We work mainly with n8n, Zapier and Make, and select the platform that fits the workflow, your infrastructure and your budget. n8n is often the best choice when you need self-hosting, data control or more technical flexibility; Zapier offers the widest catalogue of ready-made connectors; Make suits scenarios that need visual, branching logic. Where a connection is not supported out of the box, we build it via API or webhook.

Can no-code automations connect to Moodle?

Yes. Common cases include syncing users from a CRM, enrolling learners after payment, and exporting results to reporting tools. We handle authentication, enrolment rules and data mapping so that Moodle and your other systems stay consistent. Our Moodle integration service covers the wider scope of that work, and you can check plugin and version compatibility with our Moodle version identifier before you start.

What happens when we need changes later?

That is one of the main advantages of this approach. Because the workflow is built visually, most changes — a new field, a different trigger, an extra destination — can be made in hours rather than weeks. We hand over documentation of what each automation does, and we can either maintain it for you or train your team to manage it. Where an automation is time-sensitive, we build in error handling and notifications so problems become visible rather than silent.
